  • 8cl Prosecco or an alcohol-free alternative

HOW TO

  1. Pour a drizzle of GILI ginger elixir into your fanciest coupe glass.
  2. Fill it up with bubbles. Cheers!

TIP BY CHEF ENZO:

You can replace prosecco by any of your (alcohol-free) favourite bubbles: champagne, cava, sparkling wine, Kidibul,... you name it.
