Wasabi Gin & Tonic

INGREIDENTS

  • 3 cl GILI wasabi elixir

  • 3 cl gin
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 1 bottle of tonic water
  • Ice cubes

HOW TO

  1. Muddle basil leaves in a whisky cocktail glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. Add 3 cl GILI wasabi elixir.
  4. Add 3 cl of your favorite gin.
  5. Stir well with a straw and decorate with a basil spring. Enjoy!

TIP BY CHEF ENZO:

If you're in a hurry leave out step one, and add an extra basil spring to make it more aromatic.

Leave out for an alcohol-free cocktail (Mocktail).
