VIRGING GILI MULE

INGREIDENTS

  • 3cl GILI ginger elixir

  • 6 cl vodka
  • 1 GILI ginger soda or any other low Kcal gingerbeer
  • 1 lime wedge & a spring of mint for decoration

HOW TO

  1. Pour the GILI ginger elixir into a copper mug.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. Add ginger beer.
  4. Stir briefly.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint for a delightful aroma while sipping.

TIP BY CHEF ENZO:

Top off with angostura bitter for the mixologists amongst us.

Leave out for an alcohol-free cocktail.
