PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE

INGREIDENTS

SPICES:

  • 1 tsp GILI ginger-lemon Herbal Tea

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder

  • 1/2 tsp Clove (just a pinch)

  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg (just a pinch)

  • 1/2 tsp Cardamon (just a pinch)

LATTE:

  • 500 ml Milk (2cups)

  • 250 g Pumpkin

  • 4 tbsp Agave syrup

  • 2 tbsp Vanilla

  • 1 tsp Spices

  • 120 ml Espresso (leave out for a cafeïne-free version)

HOW TO

The perfect autumn drink made with our ECO 0% waste Tea.

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake the pumpkin for about 30 minutes at the same temperature.

  2. In a high-speed blender, combine all the spice ingredients for about 10 seconds. Remove the skin of the softened pumpkin under cold water - if the pumpkin is still to hard, bake it longer, and add it to the blender with half of the milk (1 cup). Blend until smooth.

  3. In a pot, heat the remaining milk (1 cup) with vanilla and agave. Then, add the spiced puree and simmer until warmed (do not cook).

  4. Blend the mixture once more and garnish with Speculaas crunches or a pinch of the spices. Enjoy! 🎃🥄🍂


TIP BY CHEF ENZO:

EXPRESS VERSION: to save time, buy pre-made pumpkin spices (speculaas kruiden) and pre-made pumpkin puree. Heat all with the milk, expresso, and agave and drink warm.

You can make a bigger portion of the spices and store it dry to save time and enjoy your pumpkin spice latte at any moment. Just double the portions and store part of it before adding the pumpkin & milk.
