INGREIDENTS

This grandmothers recipe is ideal to fight your cold.

  • 6cl GILI ginger elixir

  • 6cl Milk

  • 1/2 Cup Water

  • 1tsp Turmeric powder

  • 1tsp Honey (Manuka honey for an extra immunity boost)

  • 1tsp Cinnamon powder (or 1/2 cinnamon stick): optional

HOW TO

The perfect immunity boost recipe to get through the winter months.

Heat up all ingredients together in a pan on medium heat and mix in a (high speed) blender. Pour into your favorite cup and enjoy.

TIP BY CHEF ENZO:

If you're not a big fan of cinnamon, just leave it out.
