Gilimonade

INGREIDENTS

  • 3 cl GILI ginger elixir

  • 3 cl of your favourite alcohol (we opt for brown rum)
  • 21 cl sparkling water (still water is possible if you don't like it bubbly)

HOW TO

  1. Mix GILI ginger elixir with (sparkling) water.
  2. Garnish with a lemon slice and mint leaves for a fancy touch.
  3. Add ice cubes when it's summertime for that extra chill. Enjoy!

TIP BY CHEF ENZO:

You can adjust the ginger strength by adding more/less GILI ginger elixir. Or for a quick fix, simply pour our GILI sparkling ginger lemonade into a glass with ice cubes. Enjoy!

Leave out for an alcohol-free cocktail (mocktail).
