Gili is the perfect immunizing & alcohol-free ginger drink with a MULTI purpose! The brand was founded by an ambitious couple in 2020. It was launched to seek new ways to drink guitfree. Being  locally produced in Belgium and made from high quality products only , Gili stands for excellence  . Gili will be your BEST FRIEND, replacing coffee, alcohol, and soda’s whilst boosting your energy levels   and caring for our beloved Earth!

Job Description

Gili is  looking  for the perfect blend between drive, enthousiasm, and creativity to help expand our field sales, distribution channels  & ensure growth  in this fast-growing market!  You’re responsible for developing the brand over your 3 markets (BENELUX). You will represent Gili as a brand and product with a purpose  and will guarantee optimal customer service, manage your customer database, and help determine a strategy for business development.  You will  lead your own projects  and   join an enthusiastic team who will support you in creating the perfect work atmosphere.

  • Besides  finding new clients, you will also  care for  existing accounts ( approx. 2 50 stores) for upselling and relationship building

  • Help to build the brand visibility and awareness via events, partnerships, etc.

  • Manage our ERP system and prepare your orders for sending

What we're looking for

  • A “ health ”  craze who has affinity with the food & beverage industry . You have experience or passion for the following  segments: lifestyle, organic & premium 

  • You speak Dutch & French  with full proficiency , English is a plus

  • E nergetic , enthusiastic, and positive-minded 

  • You have a natural charm with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Sense  of ownership , independence, and  you don’t take no for an answer

  • You’re structured and have a basic knowledge of tools like Excel, Powerpoint, …

  • You can drive a car full of  Gili goodness

  • You are brave enough to shot our elixir in a gulp or sniff our tea without sneezing
