Where does our ginger come from?

Our ginger is carefully sourced from Asia. Going back to the roots 5000 years ago where ginger was first discovered and used for multi purposes. The asian ginger roots have a zesty & aromatic character. That's why our ginger elixirs come in gently, followed by the powerful kick that will rock your tastebuds. We use asian ginger in our ginger and wasabi elixir.

In our curcuma elixir we selected Peruvian ginger to perfectly match the tickling notes of black pepper, balanced by the fruity essence of exotic fruits and elderflower.

Ok so you are zero-waste, but how eco-friendly is your bottle?

Our bottles are made from recycled glass. Glass is 100% recyclable so be sure to dispose according to local regulations or give a new life to our beautiful GILI bottles. Check out how we give our bottles a new life: re-use now!

Our elixirs and soda's are pasteurized at lowest temperature to optimise taste and secure the highest levels of nutrition. Thanks to the pasteurization and high amount of lemon (natural conservator) our drinks are safe to drink and last up to 1 year unopened.
