ALLYS SPICY-ZESTY VEGAN COOKIES

INGREIDENTS

  • 6 cl GILI ginger elixir

  • 6 cl Oat milk

  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil (melted)

  • 1/2 Lemon zest

  • 250 g Flour (we recommend all-purpose flour or spelt flour)

  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 80 g Sugar (we recommend coconut sugar)

  • 1 tsp Baking powder 

  • Pinch of salt

HOW TO

  1. Combine all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, flax seeds, zest, and salt) in a large bowl.
  2. Add the GILI ginger elixir, the oil, and plant-based milk, and mix thoroughly.
  3. Shape the dough into approximately 12 balls while preheating the oven to 180°C. Let the dough balls rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes at 180°C. Enjoy!

TIP BY CHEF ENZO:

 FOR THE NON-VEGANS: replace the flax seeds by 2 eggs to bind the cookies more easily.
