POMME'P IT UP DETOX JUICE

INGRÉDIENTS

  • 3cl Élixir de Gingembre Gili

  • 15cl Jus de pomme (frais)

  • 3 Tranches de concombre

  • 5 Feuilles de basilic & de menthe 

  • 2 Glaçons 

HOW TO

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker, along with a handful of ice.
  2. Shake well: Seal the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until all ingredients are well mixed.
  3. Serve the mix: Pour the prepared mix directly from the shaker into a nice cocktail glass to preserve the fresh flavors and aromas.
  4. Serve and enjoy: Garnish with additional basil and mint leaves if desired, and serve the delicious mocktail immediately. Cheers!


CONSEIL DU CHEF ENZO:

Strain the juice before pouring it into the glass to remove the pulp (we do not recommend this as most of the vitamins are in the pulp, and we do not want to waste).
