MARSUPILAMI COCKATAIL

INGREDIËNTEN

  • 3 cl GILI ginger elixir

  • 1/2 Citroensap

  • 5 cl gin 

  • 2 cl amaretto or almond syrup 

  • Scheutje suikersiroop (optioneel)

  • Snuifje peper en kurkuma poeder

  • 5cl Bruiswater

  • Ijsblokjes 

HOW TO

  1. In a long drink glass, combine GILI ginger elixir, Gin, Amaretto, Lemon, Spices, and sugar (for those with a sweet tooth).
  2. Stir well.
  3. Top it off with sparkling water and ice cubes. Enjoy!

TIP VAN CHEF ENZO:

For the sweet tooth: replace the sparkling water by GILI sparkling ginger lemonade, for an extra punch.

Leave out to make an alcohol-free cocktail (Mocktail).
