Curcuma Sour Mocktail

INGREIDENTS

  • 6 cl GILI curcuma elixir

  • 3 cl sugar syrup (we used Bacana BIO Verveine syrup)

  • A splash of water or 3 cl brown rum
  • 1/2 fresh squeezed Lemon juice

  • 1 egg white
  • Ice cubes

HOW TO

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine GILI curcuma elixir, syrup, lemon juice, egg white, and a splash of water.
  2. Add ice cubes to the shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously.
  4. Strain and serve in a martini cocktail glass. Enjoy!

TIP BY CHEF ENZO:

If you shake well enough, you can leave out the splash of water.

Leave out for an alcohol-free cocktail (mocktail).
