SALES MANAGER BENELUX

Gili is looking for the perfect blend between drive, enthusiasm, and creativity to help expand our field sales, distribution channels & ensure growth in this fast-growing market! You’re responsible for developing the brand over your 3 markets (BENELUX). You will represent Gili as a brand and product with a purpose  and will guarantee optimal customer service, manage your customer database, and help determine a strategy for business development.  You will  lead your own projects and join an enthusiastic team who will support you in creating the perfect work atmosphere.


This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire sales cycle
  • Manage sales interns/representatives
  • Besides finding new clients, you will care for our existing accounts (approx. 250 stores) for up-selling & relationship building
  • Build brand visibility & awareness (via events, partnerships, etc.)
  • Manage our ERP system & prepare orders
  • Achieve monthly sales objectives

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Full proficiency in Dutch & French
  • Affinity with the F&B industry and/or a passion for the follwing segments: lifestyle, organic, premium
  • Natural charm with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly driven and autonomous
  • You can drive a car full of Gili goodness

Nice to have

  • Sales experience (in our industry)
  • Additional languages (English)
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, positive-minded
  • Sense of ownership, independence, and you don't take no for an answer
  • Structure. And a basic knowledge of tools like Excel, Powerpoint, ...
  • You are brave enough to shot our elixir in one gulp or sniff our tea without sneezing
